Job Description

Overview

  • The Financial Analyst will deliver insightful, accurate, and data-driven analysis supporting strategic and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to monitor financial performance and inform business decisions.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating key performance metrics.
  • Contribute to budgeting, benchmarking, and profitability initiatives within the organization.
  • Act as a thought partner, providing actionable insights and recommendations derived from data analysis.
  • Support the organization's budgeting process through data input, validation, and presentation preparation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and timely communication of updates.
  • Assist with benchmarking, surveys, and financial submissions to external entities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and deliver financial presentations and reports highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Extract, analyze, and synthesize data from internal systems for various requests.
  • Validate and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with teams on data validation, analysis, and audit support.
  • Develop and refine SSRS reports and streamline reporting libraries for standardization.
  • Provide insights and analyses regarding client and matter profitability and performance metrics.
  • Support professional development initiatives with reporting and analytics related to evaluations.
  • Assist senior leaders with special projects, strategic initiatives, and management presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong command of SQL required.
  • Experience with SSRS, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with Elite 3E or similar ERP/financial management systems preferred.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
