Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and oversee daily operations related to Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless operational workflows.
  • Analyze and report on CLO performance metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in CLO operations or related areas; 10 years preferred.
  • Background in asset management or audit firms such as Deloitte or KPMG is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in CLO operations and reporting.
