Overview
- Provide integrated mental health and substance abuse services to diverse clients, including infants to geriatrics, in a hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis management support.
- Ensure timely access to quality care while adhering to city, state, and federal standards of practice.
- Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and client progress.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver direct client care using evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment modalities to optimize client functioning.
- Conduct assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy and crisis intervention services.
- Facilitate group counseling sessions and clinical case management for individuals and families.
- Collaborate with social service agencies, criminal justice providers, and education systems to coordinate care.
- Maintain detailed documentation in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Meet weekly with supervisors to review program targets, client goals, and quality of care metrics.
- Participate in case reviews and develop actionable next steps for clients and families.
- Provide consultation services to child protective specialists and other stakeholders as needed.
Job Requirements
- Master of Social Work degree with LMSW or LCSW certification required; LMHC or LMFT certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and telehealth platforms; Microsoft Office skills essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Bengali preferred for effective client communication.
- Experience with criminal justice systems and military backgrounds considered advantageous.
- Strong documentation, case note prioritization, and assessment skills required.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to timelines effectively.
