Job Description

Overview

  • Support compensation processes, including evaluating new hire, promotion, and internal transfer pay levels.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with compensation policies and practices.
  • Maintain and update job profiles and compensation data for organizational consistency.
  • Conduct audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR staff on compensation tools and protocols.
  • Participate in special projects and market survey data compilation as needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and communication of compensation decisions.
  • Support administrative tasks related to compensation and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Evaluate and finalize compensation offers for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Conduct internal equity reviews to ensure fair and compliant pay practices.
  • Maintain job profiles and compensation grades, ensuring accurate data updates.
  • Audit HRIS data for accuracy and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Train HR staff on compensation tools and salary range interpretation.
  • Develop cost proposals and support compensation-related projects.
  • Ensure accurate pay range postings and legal compliance in job advertisements.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on administrative and operational tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in human resources or compensation roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, pay equity, and offer practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with high confidentiality.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
