Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide rehabilitation interventions in home and community environments.
- Assist individuals in developing interpersonal and social skills.
- Support individuals in managing symptoms affecting daily living.
- Facilitate inclusion and integration within community settings.
- Develop day-to-day competencies for home, school, work, or community environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in behavioral health settings.
- Experience with children’s mental health, addiction, or foster care services.
- Experience with adults in substance use disorder or serious mental illness services.
- Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse social, cultural, and economic groups.
