Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide individualized training and interventions in home and community settings.
- Aid individuals in developing social and interpersonal skills for effective community living.
- Support self-management of symptoms affecting daily routines and activities.
- Facilitate the development of day-to-day competencies and routines for sustainable living.
- Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with individuals to achieve their personal and community goals.
- Work with children, adolescents, and adults to enhance their mental and emotional well-being.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service delivery.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in behavioral health settings; 2 years preferred.
- Experience with children’s mental health, addiction, foster care, or adult substance use disorder services.
- Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse social, cultural, and economic groups.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Trained in Multi-System Family Treatment is highly desirable.
