Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist the CFO in managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.

- Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management or related roles; 4 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with financial systems and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days in Midtown.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
