- Empathy, advocacy, and organizational skills are essential.
- Cultural competency and respect for diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software.
- Reliable transportation for travel to meet families.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Bengali, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred.
