Job Requirements

  • Personal experience as a caregiver for a child with challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Empathy, advocacy, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Cultural competency and respect for diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to meet families.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, Bengali, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred.
