Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver commercial, industrial, and institutional projects successfully.
  • Work within a stable and family-oriented environment with long-term growth opportunities.
  • Manage diverse projects ranging from $5M–$50M, utilizing industry-leading practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
  • Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontracts and vendor agreements effectively.
  • Monitor job progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with field leadership to align on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present monthly project forecasts and cost-to-complete reports.
  • Mentor and support assistant project managers and project engineers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $5M–$50M successfully.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all project phases and disciplines.
  • Commitment to executing projects safely, on time, and within budget.
