Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
- Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate and manage subcontracts and vendor agreements effectively.
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with field leadership to align on project objectives and deliverables.
- Prepare and present monthly project forecasts and cost-to-complete reports.
- Mentor and support assistant project managers and project engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects; 10 years preferred.
- Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $5M–$50M successfully.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all project phases and disciplines.
- Commitment to executing projects safely, on time, and within budget.
