POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences BD/360 Recruiter (full desk) to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting division specializing in pharmaceutical and life sciences roles. This position offers the opportunity to engage with leading organizations in the industry, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate is experienced in business development and recruitment within life sciences, possesses excellent communication skills, and is driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage potential clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations for staffing solutions.
- Analyze industry trends and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies and expand service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth and establish long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across various career stages and specializations.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools to develop a robust candidate network.
- Implement creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
- Analyze hiring process data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development; 8 years preferred.
- Proven knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industry trends and staffing requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools for recruitment processes.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
