POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services BD or 360 Recruiter (Full Desk) to join our dynamic team in New York City. This role focuses on our Professional Services division, specializing in staffing for executive assistants, human resources, marketing, sales, legal support, and more. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive compensation package including base salary and commission. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and possesses a strong understanding of workforce solutions within professional services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the professional services sector.
- Analyze hiring data and trends to optimize recruitment processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify and address hiring needs and opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes for successful placements.
- Participate in networking events and industry groups to expand professional connections.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in professional services recruitment or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes effectively.
- Strong knowledge of professional services industry trends and roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
