POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services BD or 360 Recruiter (Full Desk) to join our dynamic recruiting team in Melville, NY. This role specializes in staffing and recruiting for professional services positions such as executive assistants, human resources, marketing, and legal support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for professional services roles including human resources, marketing, and executive assistants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates across various career stages and industries.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to build a robust candidate network.
- Analyze resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications relevant to professional services.
- Implement creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates effectively.
- Collect and evaluate data to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team leaders to determine hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by understanding their staffing requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of professional services roles and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and client interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly within a collaborative team setting.
