POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services BD or 360 Recruiter (Full Desk) to join our dynamic team in Pittsburgh, PA. This division specializes in staffing for professional services roles, including executive assistants, human resources, marketing, sales, and legal support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for professional services roles such as HR, marketing, and executive assistants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates across various career stages.
  • Utilize the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tools to source and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Analyze resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications relevant to professional services positions.
  • Implement creative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and use data insights to refine hiring processes.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build professional connections.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during recruitment processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment; 3-5 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of professional services industry and related roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and client engagement.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies and solutions.
