POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services BD or 360 Recruiter (Full Desk) to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting division. This role focuses on connecting top-tier talent with professional services positions such as executive assistants, HR professionals, and marketing specialists. The ideal candidate is motivated, experienced in recruiting, and eager to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for professional services roles including HR, executive assistants, and marketing professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
  • Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to identify and attract top talent in the professional services industry.
  • Analyze resumes and qualifications to match candidates with client needs effectively.
  • Implement creative strategies to engage active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring goals and align recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment; 3 years preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of professional services roles and industry-specific recruitment practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment goals and delivering results.
