Overview
- Support the Executive Compensation and Benefits group in a dynamic legal environment, collaborating with attorneys and staff on transactional and research projects.
- Engage directly with attorneys and clients during corporate transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and closings.
- Assist in preparing transaction documents, disclosure schedules, and equity award documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct research on compensation disclosure and benchmarking to support client needs and legal strategies.
- Maintain and organize department models, forms, and precedent files for efficient access and use.
- Proofread transaction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Participate in firm projects, including analyzing deal data and preparing materials for speaking engagements and courses.
- Adapt to new technologies and software tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients on all phases of corporate transactions, ensuring seamless execution and communication.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional law practice, with exposure to executive compensation and benefits preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Professional, with ability to learn new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex tasks.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
