Overview
- Support the Financial Institutions Group by performing tasks related to transactions, presentations, business information, and client communications.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients on all phases of corporate transactions, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prepare and file regulatory applications with state and federal banking agencies, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research, providing valuable insights to attorneys and supporting decision-making processes.
- Perform antitrust market share analysis for bank mergers and acquisitions, contributing to strategic planning.
- Retrieve forms from relevant government agencies, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Support departmental initiatives and special projects, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients during due diligence, negotiations, and transaction closings.
- Compile data points for bank applications, working with internal economists on competitive analyses.
- Draft regulatory applications for submission to banking agencies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Conduct legal research to support attorneys in regulatory and transactional matters.

Job Requirements
