POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare 360 Full Desk Recruiter (Texas) to join our dynamic healthcare recruiting division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in full-cycle recruiting and business development within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinical settings, allied health, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate is motivated, experienced in healthcare staffing, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for healthcare and clinical professionals, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and candidates across various specialties.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to identify and engage potential clients within the healthcare sector.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools to build a robust candidate network.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic recruitment efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements to drive revenue and expand service offerings.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Implement creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates effectively.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or business development; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry roles and staffing practices.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
