POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services BD or 360 Recruiter (Full Desk) to join our dynamic team in Chicago. This division specializes in staffing for professional services roles, including executive assistants, human resources, marketing, and legal support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to identify top talent.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract active and passive candidates in the professional services sector.
  • Analyze hiring data to optimize recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of professional services industry trends and workforce solutions.
  • Motivated and eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
