Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Principal Product Specialist for Private Equity strategies, including Infrastructure and co-investments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, bridging investment teams and investors.
  • Shape product development and craft compelling narratives for clients.
  • Play a key role in the strategic growth of the platform.
  • Collaborate with investment leadership to refine product structures.
  • Lead creation of fundraising and marketing materials, including pitchbooks and RFPs.
  • Provide commercial insights to support fundraising and sales initiatives.
  • Manage and develop junior team members to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead product management initiatives for private equity and equity-oriented strategies.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Develop fundraising and marketing materials, including DDQs and external communications.
  • Provide strategic insights for account planning and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve data management systems for investor pipelines and content libraries.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams for product execution.
  • Develop thought leadership pieces and market commentary to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and mentor junior resources to achieve team goals effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field required.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in private equity, investor relations, or capital raising.
  • Strong expertise in private equity structures and markets, including co-investments.
  • Proven ability to lead successful institutional fundraising initiatives.
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and research skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for institutional investors.
  • MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
