Job Description

Overview

  • Perform cardiovascular sonography procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.
  • Maintain and operate sonography equipment adhering to safety standards.
  • Provide compassionate patient interaction during diagnostic procedures.
  • Document and analyze imaging results for physician review.
  • Stay updated with advancements in sonography techniques and technologies.

  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff or students as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiovascular sonography; 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating sonography equipment and interpreting imaging results.
  • Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and diagnostic techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
