Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily construction site operations to ensure project efficiency and safety compliance.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction management or related roles; 15 years preferred.
- Proven experience with commercial and healthcare construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in employee stock ownership programs (ESOP) is a plus.
