Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of applicable experience; 3 years preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving strong metrics and performance outcomes.
• Experience in managing high-volume emergency departments.
• Strong leadership, team orientation, and communication skills.
