Project Manager

Overview

• Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and financial accountability.
• Supervise project teams, delegating tasks and monitoring performance to achieve objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning and tracking progress.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions under tight deadlines.
• Preferred certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
