Overview

  • Lead construction projects in mission-critical and healthcare facilities, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Supervise subcontractors and construction personnel to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to address technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing mission-critical and healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee diverse project teams.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and resolving issues.
