Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum seven years of experience in patient care delivery and clinical healthcare operations.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Proven leadership experience with direct reports and operational budget management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent strategic planning and team collaboration skills.
