Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and oversee labor and delivery women's services in a dynamic healthcare setting.
  • Develop and implement patient care delivery systems and practice standards across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
  • Manage resources, equipment, and supplies to support efficient clinical operations.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and enhance patient care quality.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ensure continuous improvement in clinical practices and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct hospital administrative functions to support patient care and operational excellence.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and development of talent within the department.
  • Develop and manage budgets for assigned areas ensuring financial performance.
  • Align resources and operations to meet organizational objectives and patient needs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in clinical operations.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve quality, service, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum seven years of experience in patient care delivery and clinical healthcare operations.
  • Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Proven leadership experience with direct reports and operational budget management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent strategic planning and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive quality improvements and operational efficiency.
