Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program meeting NCARB licensing criteria.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or senior living projects; 7 years preferred.
- Licensed architect with strong knowledge of building systems, construction assemblies, and architectural materials.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop for efficient project execution and design presentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Ability to perform code reviews, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and building regulations.
