Overview
- Lead the training department, overseeing curriculum development and staff training initiatives for workforce development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assess workforce training needs and design tailored programs to address them.
- Develop instructional materials and teaching aids for effective training delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise internal and external instructors for training sessions.
- Manage the training department budget and ensure resource allocation aligns with objectives.
- Collaborate with LMS and marketing teams to produce training videos and materials.

Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field is required.
- Minimum of five years of training experience, preferably in developmental disabilities agencies.
- Three years of supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing training programs and policies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
