Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and implement agentic AI backend systems, focusing on OpenAI API integration and prompt-chaining pipelines.
- Develop event-driven microservices using Node.js/TypeScript to support workflows and integrate with external APIs.
- Ensure system performance, security, and reliability through robust encryption, RBAC, and observability practices.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize incident summarization, scheduling, and route optimization functionalities.
- Implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS or GCP to support scalable and efficient operations.
- Perform data management tasks, including geo-queries, caching, and database optimization.
- Maintain a proactive approach to platform development, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend service development using Node.js/TypeScript or Python.
- Proficiency in OpenAI APIs or similar LLM integrations for AI applications.
- Expertise in REST/GraphQL microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong data management skills, including Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, and geo-query optimization.
- Ability to ensure system security, reliability, and performance through advanced development practices.
