Job Description

Overview

  • Manage multifamily construction projects with budgets up to $30M, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project team members.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment for project needs.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all project activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multifamily projects with budgets up to $30M.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage teams in a dynamic environment.
