Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily accounting activities and maintain the general ledger structure.
- Prepare and record financial transactions by analyzing account information.
- Ensure timely reporting of monthly financial information and reconciliations.
- Manage fixed asset registers and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Review lease agreements and reconcile expenditures related to operational charges.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Prepare expense analyses and support department heads with financial insights.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles; retail experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and cost accounting.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
