Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct radiologic examinations following physician orders and established protocols.
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment ensuring optimal performance.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and addressing concerns.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure.
  • Collaborate with medical team members to interpret imaging results effectively.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all procedures performed.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to uphold service standards.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiologic procedures; 2 years preferred.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment and performing diagnostic imaging.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced clinical setting.
