Overview

  • Lead technology project planning, execution, and completion aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address operational needs.
  • Document detailed business requirements and define project scope effectively.
  • Manage vendor relationships, support processes, and prioritize product enhancements.
  • Perform requirements analysis and monitor processes for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to validate system changes.
  • Support IT strategies and propose scalable solutions.
  • Leverage technology for effective data gathering and analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with developers, vendors, and C-suite stakeholders to deliver initiatives.
  • Take full ownership of projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
  • Provide business solutions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ensure alignment of technology projects with business goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in testing and mapping business processes and protocols.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology for data gathering and analysis.
