Overview

• Lead technology project planning, execution, and completion aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and C-suite stakeholders to deliver initiatives.
• Take full ownership of projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Provide business solutions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ensure alignment of technology projects with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze existing business systems for improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and exposure to senior leadership.
• Document and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Support vendor management and oversee managed services relationships.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 8 years preferred in relevant roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose scalable solutions.
• Experience in testing and mapping business processes and protocols.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for data gathering and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and prioritize product enhancements.
• Capability to step into leadership roles over time.
