Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to a dynamic operations team within a leading investment management firm.
  • Engage in diverse responsibilities across finance, accounting, and investor relations.
  • Collaborate with fund administrators to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Support investor onboarding and maintain comprehensive tracking systems.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures for fund management.
  • Work closely with the CFO on accounting reports and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials with accurate data.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly accounting reports and reconciling financial data.
  • Coordinate capital calls and distributions with fund administrators.
  • Manage daily banking reconciliations and cash movement tracking.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures for fund management.
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
  • Support investor onboarding and respond to due diligence requests.
  • Maintain investor tracking sheets and assist with AML-related requests.
  • Update marketing materials with accurate data and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting, fund administration, or audit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong quantitative skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience in fund accounting and operational procedures is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site full-time.
