Overview

  • Lead global digital strategy for Skeletal Conditions Business Unit, driving omnichannel engagement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital strategies into brand planning and execution processes.
  • Develop and execute data-driven omnichannel marketing campaigns across diverse digital platforms.
  • Embed digital capabilities including CRM, CMS, and marketing automation to enhance customer engagement.
  • Establish global standards for digital strategy execution and governance frameworks.
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for tracking digital campaign performance and business impact.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Champion digital literacy and capabilities building within brand teams.
  • Advance digital maturity by implementing innovative strategies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and lead the digital roadmap for Skeletal Conditions Business Unit aligned with business objectives and customer journeys.
  • Translate customer insights into omnichannel engagement plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Partner with Brand, Sales, Analytics, and Digital Operations teams to integrate digital strategies into execution.
  • Manage media spend and agency relationships to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Embed standards and industry best practices in digital initiatives and customer journey management.
  • Enable segmentation and targeting strategies for field and brand teams to enhance precision.
  • Establish global standards for CRM, SEO, email marketing, and digital performance tracking.
  • Perform vendor and platform evaluations to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and manage digital budgets for resource efficiency and maximum ROI.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
  • Proven track record in omnichannel marketing, strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and digital performance measurement tools.
  • Strong change management skills and ability to drive organizational transformation.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience managing agencies and driving accountability for omnichannel strategies.
