Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process sterile surgical instrument trays for operating rooms and ancillary areas.
- Collect, clean, disinfect, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Maintain inventory and assist with ordering necessary supplies.
- Track surgical instrument trays and equipment through sterilization phases.
- Reprocess surgical instruments using sterilization and decontamination equipment.
- Perform routine efficacy tests on sterilization equipment.
- Ensure compliance with established sterilization protocols and procedures.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification in Central Sterile Processing (CRCST or CSPDT) is mandatory.
- Minimum of two years of experience in central sterile service.

- Strong understanding of sterilization protocols and safety standards.
