Job Description

Overview

  • Lead SEC reporting and equity plan administration, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting investor communications.
  • Coordinate audit activities, maintain SOX 404 processes, and advise on accounting developments.
  • Prepare 10Ks and 10Qs, complete disclosure checklists, and review XBRL tagging.
  • Support quarterly earnings releases and investor relations presentations with accurate financial data.
  • Manage equity plans, including stock-based compensation, reconciliations, and personnel updates.
  • Provide guidance on accounting and financial reporting developments to business partners.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audits and interim reviews, ensuring smooth processes.
  • Engage in special projects and additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10Ks, 10Qs, and related disclosures.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and consistency in non-GAAP disclosures.
  • Manage equity plans, including journal entries, reconciliations, and personnel updates.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR teams on equity-related matters.
  • Support external auditors during audits and interim reviews.
  • Maintain and update Sarbanes-Oxley 404 processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance on accounting developments to business partners.
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in public accounting or SEC reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in Workiva, SAP, and/or OneStream for financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles, SEC regulations, and stock-based compensation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present to executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
