Job Description

Overview

  • Provide in-person primary care services to patients in a clinical setting.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Prescribe and refill medications as appropriate for patient care.
  • Communicate actively with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory work.
  • Document patient histories and treatments in electronic medical records.
  • Work three days a week with flexible hours and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage medical conditions effectively.
  • Prescribe medications and manage refills as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree and active Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
  • DEA certification and Medicare/Medicaid provider approval.
  • PECOS enrollment and Coalition for Affordable Quality Healthcare setup.
  • Proficiency in eClinicalWorks and electronic medical records systems.
  • BCLS certification and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
  • Availability to work specified hours and manage occasional calls.
