Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise evening nursing staff, ensuring optimal patient care and compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to address patient needs and operational requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in nursing or healthcare management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and patient care standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate.
  • Ability to work rotating weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday.
  • Proficiency in managing nursing operations and resolving operational challenges.
