Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to accurate financial reporting and accounting practices in a dynamic environment.
  • Support clients' financial health through precise analysis and proactive measures.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare financial statements for SEC reporting companies with precision.
  • Support quarterly and year-end financial close processes effectively.
  • Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  • Analyze transactional data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare supporting schedules for trial balance accounts.
  • Provide detailed analyses and explanations of financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Optimize accounting processes and maintain operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of public accounting or SEC reporting experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel essential.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
