Job Description

Overview

  • Lead marketing initiatives, including strategy development, external PR, and social media management, to enhance the client’s brand visibility and outreach.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and administrative team to develop proposals and track public RFP opportunities effectively.
  • Maintain and update the client’s online presence, including website and LinkedIn profile, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Support project and competition teams by crafting compelling project descriptions and narratives for various initiatives.
  • Identify and research long-lead opportunities, contributing to business development and networking efforts with Principals.
  • Oversee asset management, ensuring the image library is up-to-date and accessible for project teams.
  • Coordinate attendance at industry events and conferences, aligning participation with marketing objectives and strategic goals.
  • Research and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to support marketing pursuits and objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with 8 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing PR, social media, and online presence strategies.
  • Strong skills in proposal development, asset management, and business development support.
  • Ability to coordinate attendance at industry events and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in tracking and evaluating public RFP opportunities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including website and social media management.
