Job Description

Overview

  • Join a leading investment firm as a Transaction Manager, contributing to efficient investment operations within private markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-jurisdictional teams to ensure accurate and timely transaction execution.

  • Prepare and manage legal and transactional documents in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate with investment, tax, and legal teams for timely transaction execution across asset classes.
  • Ensure operational processes align with internal procedures and required timeframes.
  • Prepare and complete subscription documents, transfer agreements, and other legal transactional documents.
  • Provide KYC documentation for transactions and ensure timely onboarding of entities.
  • Collaborate with European investment operations teams to maintain seamless transaction execution.
  • Address internal and external queries and manage ad-hoc legal documentation tasks.
  • Participate in projects focused on process improvements and system development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably within a private equity department of a law firm.
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and client service focus.
  • Experience working in cross-jurisdictional teams and independently managing tasks.
  • Proficiency in managing time-sensitive and complex transactional environments.
  • Effective communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
