Overview

- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, HR, and Recruiting Operations to gather requirements and define system logic.
- Implement secure web-based solutions integrating Greenhouse, Workday, and internal workflows.
- Develop robust APIs and automation for seamless data exchange and approval routing.
- Build scalable and modular architecture supporting future integrations and expansions.
- Design intuitive user interfaces emphasizing clarity, ease of use, and actionable insights.
- Provide technical documentation and transition materials for long-term support.
- Ensure the solution adheres to security best practices and data privacy principles.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement web-based portal integrating Greenhouse, Workday, and internal workflows.
- Automate manual offer approval and tracking processes into auditable workflows.
- Define and optimize business logic for routing approvals and notifications.
- Design user-facing portals for tracking offer statuses and managing workflows.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack web development; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in frameworks like React, Node.js, Python, and relational databases.
- Experience with API development and integration across SaaS systems.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of authentication, security, and data privacy principles.
- Proven track record in workflow automation and data-driven dashboard development.
