Project Manager – Design/Build Construction

Overview

• Manage design/build construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality.
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain workflow.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design/build construction projects.
• Preferred 10 years of experience in industrial or design/build construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with resource allocation and budget management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional site visits.
