Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage design/build projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Utilize your expertise in ground-up light industrial construction to oversee project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership in estimating processes, working closely with the dedicated estimating team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all phases of design/build projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions proactively.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project estimation efforts, collaborating with the estimating team.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

  • Proficiency in project estimation and management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
