Job Description

Overview

  • Support financial operations by managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports to maintain compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in audits and budgeting processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with accounts payable and receivable teams for seamless financial transactions.
  • Maintain and reconcile corporate credit cards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide documentation for internal and external audits as required.
  • Utilize SAP for financial data management and reporting tasks.
  • Contribute to forecasting and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure proper transaction recording.
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and detailed reports.
  • Run standard cost processing and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with accounts payable and receivable processes for seamless operations.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain organized records.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • CPA certification or progress towards certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in Korean language is preferred but not required.
