Overview
- Manage the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive employee benefits programs aligning with organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, policies, and regulations concerning employee benefits administration.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop strategic benefit plans that align with financial capacity and market conditions.
- Provide leadership and development opportunities for benefits and HR staff to enhance performance and satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction of benefit plans, recommending necessary adjustments.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and timely execution of benefit programs.
- Oversee open enrollment activities to ensure smooth operations and maximize employee awareness and satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage the annual fringe benefits budget, diagnosing and addressing budget overages.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in the strategic design and implementation of benefit plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Develop and distribute clear and effective communications regarding benefit plans and changes to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management or a related HR field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
