Overview

- Prepare and submit expense reports using designated software tools.
- Organize and maintain electronic files adhering to compliance protocols.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders for executive access and communication.
- Provide backup support for administrative team members and reception duties as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Support multiple executives and management team members with administrative tasks.

Job Requirements
