Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or Business Administration (MBA).
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Certification in nursing leadership (e.g., CNML, NE-BC, NEA-BC) preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing administration.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in budget management and quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and hospital management systems.
