Overview

  • Lead construction projects for a reputable general contractor specializing in Federal, private commercial, and municipal work.
  • Ensure project completion within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee on-site operations and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
