Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and implement them.
• Perform debugging and problem-solving to ensure system reliability.
• Manage user administration and security controls within Salesforce.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Utilize CI/CD tools for efficient deployment and version control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the client experience.
• Adhere to coding best practices and maintain documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components.
• Platform Developer 1 Certification is required.
• Experience with advanced security models and integration with enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Flosum or GIT.
• Strong debugging and communication skills.
• Exposure to programming languages such as JavaScript and SQL is advantageous.
